Is Quantum HIPAA compliant?

Yes! Quantum meets HIPAA requirements for electronic systems.

Will Quantum collect or sell my patient data?

No way! Not only will we never use your patient data for other reasons or provide your patient data to third parties, but your patient data never leaves your environment.  

Do I need approval from the IRB, CRO or sponsor to use Quantum?

Nope. Quantum is only used for the purposes of identifying eligible subjects and facilitating the recruitment process. Quantum is not patient-facing and the system’s workflows are not involved once the subject reaches the enrollment phase.

How is Quantum Recruiter better than a coordinator reviewing and pre-flagging charts?

Quantum is superior to traditional methods of chart review in 3 ways:

1. People make mistakes – Quantum doesn’t.
2. Reviewing charts takes time and there are usually better uses for your time/money.
3. Quantum reviews and identifies eligible patients in real-time. Many patients are not eligible for a study prior to their clinic visit; but a provider may diagnose them with an eligible condition or prescribe them an eligible medication during their visit. Quantum recognizes those changes to status immediately and notifies the provider right then.

What types of research sites can Quantum work in?

We work with all sorts and sizes. We partner with small, independent sites of only 1 or 2 providers, all the way to large institutions with hundreds of providers.

Can sites work directly with Quantum to get started?

Yes! We work directly with you and your IT staff to implement Quantum on your system. Also, Quantum does not require any IRB, CRO or sponsor approval.
